Andrew Little
Owner/Master Mechanic

Aside from being insanely competitive and having a questionable fondness for leprechauns, Andrew is passionate about building a business around people.  In 2007, cycling became Andrew’s primary mode of transportation and changed the forefront of how he viewed the world.  During this time, coffee shops became an everyday destination and his curiosity for specialty coffee grew almost as fast as the miles he logged on two wheels.  Andrew is a Boise native who graduated Barnett Bicycle Institute Master Mechanic’s program in 2012 and became a Bellissimo Coffee Advisor course graduate in 2017.  Currently, Andrew is pursuing ongoing training in the Specialty Coffee Association Barista Pathway program, while developing a shop that will tend to your caffeine cravings and flat tire all in one visit.
Andrew shares his life with his beloved wife Tina, beautiful daughter Karina, a couple chickens and their dogs Moose and Bear.  When not immersed in coffee or bicycles, Andrew loves spending time in the outdoors, working on carpentry projects around the house, helping others, and perusing Dwell Magazine.

Mike Burkhart

After moving to Idaho and wanting to try something new, Zoey started at Bikes and Beans, learning the barista ways.  As a biology major in college, she enjoys the science behind the coffee shop processes.  Zoey lives in Boise, loves music and singing, enjoys the hiking and walking trails that Idaho offers.

Crystal Barilleaux

Crystal has always loved coffee.  Even as a kid, drinking coffee was effective in helping calm her hyperactivity so it makes sense that she has entered into the coffee barista world as an adult.  Crystal comes from a culinary background and now hones her barista skills at Bikes and Beans full-time where she loves tasting and recognizing new coffee flavors. She loves being a part of the team, especially from the beginning.  Crystal is an artist and has a fur baby named Chai.
